"Listing not reflecting reality"

Bathroom up to date.

Lock front door not working well, the place is advertised as a 1 bedroom flat there is no bedroom it’s an open plan lounge / bedroom, the place is definitely much smaller then 40sqm as advertised, the barbecue is nowhere to be found, bed linnen looks and smell not fresh, I bought new ones for own use, towels also not fresh, the place smells very bad.
