The cleanliness of the room was perfect and everything we need was in the room. Dimitri was very friendly and attentive to us. I definitely recommend it.

Stayed with my family for one night here. Cleanest place we have ever stayed. The co-host was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Excellent choice. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in good condition. There's a light in the stairwell. The key box is easy to locate. Inside there's a living room kitchen space with a sunny balcony. To the right, a bedroom with a double bed and windows onto the balcony and a separate bathroom with a shower. The bed was attractive comfortable and there were enough towels. The wardrobe is spacious with plenty of hangers. The living room has 2 sofas that could be used as beds. The kitchen is well equipped snd has a high counter with 2 chairs gor mealtimes. There's. also a small table and 2 chsrs for esting out on the bslcony.. There's AC, television, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. There's a supermarket nearby on the way into the centre of town. I had 2 minor problems that were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the owner.

The only possible problem was that the building is on a hill so it could be tiring coming back up from the town centre in the heat.

Very friendly and helpful host, clean and convenient studio flat, really easy to find and check in, good location. In general it was pleasant staying experience.

Property owner's son contacted us and met us infront of the premise. He answered our questions regarding the island, tried helping us with some reservations, dropped out water as well.

the location of the house is a bit higher than sea level. With suitcases it was a long and hard walk. BUt it is close to everywhere so it was OK

We had a great stay at the house. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Most importantly, Dimitri is the best host we have ever met. He was super kind. He left bottles of water and a box of traditional sweet for us. Also, he brought us some clothes that we forgot at the house after the check out. We can’t thank him enough. If we ever go to Chios again, we will certainly stay there again.
