As dependências do condomínio são excelentes. A cama do quarto é confortável. A televisão é boa também.

Limpeza não tão adequada e falta de artigos de casa, como secador de cabelo, opção para passar o café ao invés do café expresso, artigos de cozinha um tanto quanto antigos, presença de formigas na cozinha, falta pintar a parede do apartamento, decoração inexistente...
