Die verkehrsreiche, eingekesselte Lage um ein wunderschönes Gebäude mit großem schönen Garten. Cuneo nur motorisiert zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien und Sonstiges war schmudelig, sollten erneuert werden und man mußte die Dinge zusammen suchen.
