Espectacular ático dúplex con vistas al mar

Het is een ruim appartement, heel goed gelegen. We hadden een leuke tijd hier. We werden verwelkomd en kregen een korte rondleiding in het huis. Het was een mooie ligging.

Er was geen airco zoals vermeld in de beschrijving. We konden niet goed slapen van de hitte. We mochten wel 2 ventilators kopen op kosten van de eigenaar (ik heb wel nog geen terugbetaling gekregen) De elektriciteit viel uit bij een regenbui. Sommige dingen waren wat vuil, zoals de broodrooster. Er werd ook gezegd dat er ontbijt inbegrepen was. Wanneer we dit vermelden werd een brood, confituur, koeken, fruitsap en melk gekocht voor de week.

We were locked out of the apartment, despite having the keys with us. Something jammed in the door. This required us to call a locksmith to open the door. We were locked out for 3-4 hours. I paid for the locksmith, on the agreement with the owner, that she would repay me since it was not our fault we got locked out. Despite multiple messages promising payment, nothing has been received. The cost was EUR 228. Can booking.com please help me gain this repayment? Additionally, the apartment promised breakfast - this was a terrible range of stuff quickly bought from a supermarket. Cheap milk and juice, some bread and apples. Not quite the breakfast we thought would be there. The leather couches were very worn down and not nice to sit in. They look like they were 20 years old and very tired. One of the toilets was out of order. A lot of the plates and pans were also very dirty and had to be washed again before we could use them.

The flat is really VERY NICE, spacious, with great views to the beach and very close to it. Nice touch that shower gel and shampoo are provided.

All good, maybe a couple of comments for those who will go in a colder season: there is no table in the dining room, so we took breakfast on the balcony with our jackets on. Also minimum amount of dishes.

Breakfast was very basic, but OK - closest supermarket quite far.

Only minus point is the cleaning lady who came inside to the flat 30 mins before check-out time and very angry tone of voice kicked us out while we were still packing.
