Close to downtown, the pool area is fine.

A couple of things the owner should improve 1. The apartment is spacious, and in a good location but the deco, kitchen and furniture are way outdated, old and do not keep up with the current expectations... Furthermore there were no wine glasses but chipped liqueur glass. 2. For a comfortable and memorable stay for their paying guests the owners can improve a few things like a. Renew the kitchen cabinets, stove, fridge and utensils, modernization is required here. All the current features around the kitchen are very old and outdated. b. The hall area can be updated quickly with modern TV cabinets, smart TV and furniture and decorations. There are lots of examples in booking.com look at Casa dos Avós - Folgosa Douro for an example that was great and memorable for us! 3. The apartment is depressing and deprived of love from the owner. Seems like everything is subcontracted to some party. Where that party does as minimum as possible where we found the apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Not sure when was the last time the owner supervised the apartment. 4. The bedroom was okay but the bed was not equipped with proper care. Like the quilt was without any cover and the sofa bed was provided with a very thick blanket instead of a quilt which was not very nice for my son. The bedsheets and linens were okay but old. It was very basic. 5. The price of the apartment is on high end like 162€ per night and we stayed for 6 nights paying close to 1000€ , so we are looking for quality here as well! We usually enjoy the home as well like in the previous stays we did. Overall we didn't enjoy the home it was sad to be there but of course we enjoyed Lagos, Algarve as a whole.

The apartment is near to lagos marina and lagos old town, is situated in a natural area with a good pool for kids and a cafeteria. You got a place in the parking

The tv is small and not smart tv (essential for kids)

Close to a wonderful and pieceful pool. Great and big apartment. We walked into town in 20 minutes

Good to know that you need to bring your own toilet paper.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment had everything you needed. Washing machine, coffee machine etc. Nice and bright with a big balcony looking into the trees. Has covered parking

The apartment is in a huge apartment development/ community. The apartment is set back from the pool area so you’re not really overlooking it. There is a street between your apartment and the pool area. It’s probably a bit further from town than we realised but we had a car so wasn’t a big issue for us.

Apartment in a nice location close to Lagos with an unheated pool and tennis courts available. Apartment was clean but very basic. No duvet available for pull out bed. Water leak on second night which flooded entire Apartment, so had to move to another apartment provided by the host . Could not code for lockbox from host until at front door. Very early checkout at 10 am

We stayed here out of the high season, which determined our options and experiences. Thanks to Luis, who informed us about the possibility of an early check in and walked us through our first steps in the apartment over the phone. Also during the stay he contacted us to make sure everything was ok and at the end I received detailed information about the check out. The accommodation was in pleasant surroundings, very well equipped - large terrace, comfortable bedroom, kitchen ready for most of the needs of everyday cooking. the space was originally to be used by two adults and two children, in the end there was one less of us, I see the use of the space by two people as ideal. we explored both the nearer and more distant surroundings by car, so I didn't perceive the distance from the coast negatively
