It rained a couple of days and the balcony flooded with a big puddle. One of the cupboard doors was loose.

I was there for 1 month, my bedding and towels needed changing which would have been better if clean linens had been supplied. On a positive note there was a laundromat very close by. I was never able to hook up to"free" Wi Fi so that was very disappointing. The edges on the kitchen cupboards were very sharp, I cut my arm and had to keep the cut covered or it would reopen.

It was clean and comfortable and newly refurbished

Liked the property but in hindsight would book somewhere with a pool

No air conditioning (only had a ceiling fan that did not really cool the place)

The apartment overlooked the marina and we had a tremendous view from the balcony. Although a little dated, the apartment was clean. It was ashort 5-10 minute walk to the old town.

The edge of the bed mattress was stained (I couldn't bring myself to look any further). The fridge was iced up and leaking when we got there. The man providing the keys, cleared some of the ice but we had to de-ice it fully ourselves - no big deal but it highlights a lack of preparation. The block housing the apartment looked run-down and slightly intimidating which explains why the apartment was cheaper than most. However, there should be photos of the outside of the property so people can make up their own minds (see my photos). The entrance, lifts and corridors were tatty and unwelcoming and I imagine intimidating for a solo traveller. There was a pile of junk outside of our apartment (see photo). The wifi went down the day before we left. I advised the owner but received no reply. As this is a residential block we were blessed with workment next door who ramped up drum and bass tracks before they went to work. I dislike drum and bass at the best of times but 6am - really !!!
