"A nice, but terribly cold apartment without functional heating"

A FREEZING COLD APARTMENT WITHOUT HEATING! We arrived late in the evening the first day of our stay and the apartment was terribly cold as several windows were open and the nights were already really cold. The heating did not work. The host told us that September was not a heating season (which is nonsense) and refused to turn the heating on. As the weather was cold, the temperature remained very low throughout our entire stay. When we complained, the host promised to bring additional blankets, but never did so and she never contacted us again, not even on the last day of our stay. You can imagine how disappointed we were having been forced to spend as little time in the apartment as possible. Would you believe that during the day it was warmer in the garden than in the house! We would NOT RECOMMEND the apartment to anyone who does not want to freeze to death.
