The apartment is finished to a very good standard. It has a large, clean bathroom with a washing machine. Modern air conditioning and ventilation are available. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Shops and a bus stop are nearby.

The only thing that comes to mind is the climate control panel. It's indeed hidden and quite complicated to adjust :)

The flat is clean, has a good location, a bus stop and a supermarket very near

Powerful AC, while boiling outside, inside was a very comfortable microclimate. The apartment is located just 15 minutes from the train station. In 20 minutes one can reach the lakeshore. The apartment is a large studio, combined bathroom is huge and there is a bidet. Washing machine and reasonable kitchenette (kettle, oven, cooking surface and big fridge) are there, cutlery is plenty. There is a big (for such a small town) Iperal supermarket next door. It has excellent assortment of tomatoes, meat, cheese and wine. There is Lidl two blocks away if you want your standard food, but it has a reasonable beer from Bologna (Doppio Malto). I am alive and well, so tap water is drinkable and makes an excellent coffee.

Bed is combined with a sofa, it provides a flexibility for partying but partying is prohibited by the owner. I didn't have any problems with my back, but I had to sleep diagonally: the bed is barely 2 metres long. I would've liked to see more comprehensive instructions on the usage of facilities. There is like a wardrobe and a half full of cooking pans, pots, wafflers and whatnot... I'd rather have less of it but in a better shape. Garbage collection tradition is quite strange in Lecco, but this one is on the municipality.

Nice small apartment for a couple. New modern flat

Quite a distance from train station & lake but the bus is easily accessed by the road beside the flat. Salt & pepper would be beneficial in the flat
