המארח היה נחמד מאד ועונה מהר. הדירה עצמה היתה די נקייה, ונעימה. החדרים לא היו גדולים אבל היו נוחים, והספות בסלון היו ממש נוחות ומרווחות לשינה. קל למצוא חניה סמוכה.

הדירה נחמדה בפני עצמה אבל המיקום פחות. הבניין עצמו נראה מוזנח, גם חדר המדרגות וגם השביל בדרך לשם.

הדירה היתה מלוכלכת, מוזנחת עם הרבה תקלות הטוש במקלחת לא עבד, הטוש הידני לא היה מוחזק לקיר, השלט למזגן לא עבד, לא היו כלי מטבח בסיסיים
