CostaBlancaDreams Morello 5A in Calpe

We chose this place for the view and for the big terrace. It does not disappoint. It was stunning!! Too bad it was too windy for us to sit there long during this time of the year. If you have a warm jacket it's not a problem off season. In the summer the wind must be delicious. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook intricate meals or just tapas. There was olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, etc. also dishwashing soap, sponge, drying towels... We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, water and chips. Any communication was answered in seconds. This place was meticulously clean and no funky smells. They were so generous with the bathroom towels. There were shampoos and more towels. The bed was well made and comfortable. I loved that there was no furniture from Ikea. The parking is in the building property and it is free. There was so much more than I was expecting that I probably forget to mention. I have traveled a lot and stayed in luxurious places and not so fancy. This apartment is simple but up there with the luxurious ones because you feel so welcomed and we got way more than we were expecting. There is a lot of construction going on, but I think that is a fact that never stops, ever, anywhere. The sounds of construction never bothered us. I highly recommend it if you want to stay out of the tourist areas but want to be walking distance from the water and restaurants. Also, I highly recommend Merengue for coffee and bites. Not at the beach but between the buildings and local residents. The terrace was such a wonderful place to sit at and enjoy the view with wine and bites. And in the mornings, if you like to stretch, the terrace is amazing for that too. If I would stay in Calpe again, I would definitely book this appt again.

Well equipped apartment. Good coffee machine. Good views of the Salinas, Ifach and sea views. Friendly and helpful staff.

The single beds could be more comfortable.
