Location is fantastic, only a short walk to the City Centre and Rail links. Tidy and clean. Easy access, even at late hours. Clear concise instructions before check-in. Kitchen facilities are excellent, each room has its own set of cutlery / crockery / utensils. Designated space in the fridge-freezer. Microwave and hob are clean. Very satisfying stay overall. Excellent value for money.

I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed, However this time I was disappointed because I have noticed that the en-suite room is now no longer available and they have removed the washing machine facilities. This will not keep me away because I feel it is still value for money. Also to note that the mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable on my last stay. I think they turned the mattress not realising the underside is definitely not designed for sleeping. Springs going in my side. This is the reason for the overall lower rating this time. Otherwise it would have been a definite 10 out of 10. Overall a pleasant stay though.

There was nothing to like. They overcharged me for the room that was supposed to have a private bathroom but did not have it, and the bed was full of bedbugs—not just a couple of them, but a full bed. Bugs were running on walls...seriously disgusting place. I moved out the same evening and didn't sleep there, not even a single night. They did not issue a refund, nor did they refund what I had overpaid.
