Das Apartment ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten, total ruhige Lage, obwohl sehr zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Innenstadt von Steele gelegen. Der Vermieter, Herr Giuseppe Rizzo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr bequeme Betten, gute Lage nahe an der S Bahn Station, ruhig gelegen, schöner Ausblick, Giuseppe sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet Das Bad wirkt neu. Sogar Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett da.

Die schräge Decke in der Dusche engt ein bisschen ein. Zwar alles nicht super modern, aber praktisch und gut ausgestattet.

Sehr netter Vermieter, Absprachen und Wünsche jederzeit möglich.

Uns hat es nicht gestört und es ist kein Problem - etwas steile Treppe zur Wohnung, aber für geheingeschränkte Personen könnte es etwas schwierig sein.

Die ruhige Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ein toller Balkon garantiert bei schönem Wetter ein wunderschönes Frühstück oder einen entspannen Abend. Die Anbindung zu den Öffis ist optimal mit max. 5 Minuten Fußweg, die nahe S-Bahn stört überhaupt nicht. In der Fußgängerzone in Essen-Steele findet man alle Geschäfte die man braucht und Restaurants, in denen man einen schönen Abend bei gutem Essen verbringen kann.
