Sandy Bottom

Location was ideal for walking down to nearby beach. Convenient, regular bus service which stops just outside Bay village into centre of Filey. Accommodation good overall. Love that it was no quibble dog friendly.

Found the bed a bit soft, mattress dipped in centre so didn't sleep great. The waterproof mattress protector added extra heat (not great for a menopausal lady!)

Great location, very clean and new.

Bed too soft for my tastes

The property was lovely, decorated beautifully and in a great location. We especially liked the thoughtful welcome gifts, thank you :-)

The sound proofing is not great. Luckily, it was very quiet the week we stayed so wasn’t too much of an issue, but wonder what it would be like in high season.

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Everything you need available. Lovely treat box on arrival.

Flat has internet that is needed because of no phone signal inside flat.

Bed had sharp edges at the end of the bed.My wife hurt here knee on it and made it bleed. No normal tv in lounge. Had to use a fire stick but itv x live app worked but lagged a lot on live play. Just needs a tv cable to run in gap between floor and scurting board from tv socket to tv. Easy to do.

Great apartment at a top location

Perfect little place to stay. Very comfy bed! And lovely touch with the welcome basket.

Toilet brush dirty, and only one toilet roll. This did not affect our stay. Just want to let you know for the next guests.

The location was fantastic. The apartment had everything you could need for a really comfortable stay, it felt like home from home despite being the first time we had stayed. The beach was amazing for fossil hunting, kite flying and sandcastles. We found a number of fossils, the kids were extremely excited (as were we!). We made good use of the pool which you get a pass to use (free entry) just turn up, no need to book.

One of the pull out beds was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just using one and squeezing our youngest in between us in the double bed (we're used to that anyway 🤣)
