The host is very pleasant and helpful. The apartments are very cozy and clean. The location is nice, close to the sea and close to the hotel

Location of this apartment is great! Just by the beach, with its own patking and pool. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and brand new.

The only drawback during our stay, was the construction works in progress on the apartment building. Thankfully we were there for the weekend so the workers ware not there on Sunday. But still the view from the balcony was spoiled by the construction equipment left in the garden. In my opinion there should be a note on booking.com that the costruction works are currenlty in progress. When the construction work is finished the place will be flawless.

The location is fantastic just by the beach. We met with the owner and were given access to beach parasols (absolutely needed in September), bicycles, showed the car park and the swimming pool. The apartment has the basics to be comfortable for a few days such as loo rolls, cleaning products, hand/body wash. We were even given beach towels. The bed is comfortable and the place looks welcoming, nicely decorated and clean. It even has a safe.

If you are staying on the ground floor apartment there is no sea view. The apartment is a studio, one big room with a sliding door partition and open chimney. It looks nice but is better suited for a couple only. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The owner had warned us about works being done on the façade and we received a 15% discount for this. I didn't realise that the whole garden was being used for building works, so being on the ground floor we couldn't really use the balcony. Also the workmen were settled right by our entrance door, using the window ledge to put their tools (so not great for privacy in the bathroom as there is only a small curtain) and we had to walk over whatever they were doing to get in and out. I didn't complain to the owner as we were only staying a very short time and we were out most of the day.
