"Grace was truly a delight and so helpful."

The location was excellent, walking distance to the old town and many sites and shopping.

The only complaint is the heat. This is not a criticism of this apartment per se but Italy in general. They have some kind of policy where the heat may have to be turned off between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. but that leads to a very chilly dwelling and it takes a long time to get any warmth going in the morning. They provided an extra blanket and comforter so that was helpful. Note to self, make sure it won't be freezing at night when you travel to Italy. It was unseasonably cold so that was not the fault of the rental management.

La localisation en plein centre de Genes, la propreté, la literie, les équipements. Tout était parfait.

Il manquait quelques crochets dans la salle de bains pour suspendre les serviettes et quelque chose pour poser les produits dans la douche.
