es war eine einfache Kommunikation, Schlüsselloser Zugang hat mir sehr gefallen die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön und die Fenster halten die Lautstärke der Strasse sehr gut ab da war ich sehr überrascht Küche schön gross war für uns perfekt

die Matratze vom Klappsofa war nicht sehr bequem (M.m.N.). so wie auch die Bettdecke war grössen technisch nicht passend zum Bezug. Allgemein muss die Wohnung mal renoviert werden.

The property itself was extremely clean and internally as described. It was useful having a toaster, which is rare in holiday lets these days, and a washing machine. Genoa is quite a nice city with museums/places of interest and restaurants but 2 days is enough, only more if you're exploring the surrounding area.

Accessing the property is not easy as it is done remotely. The host sent the instructions the day before and there were fairly clear but they are convoluted, requiring typing in a code on a keypad then calling an automated number on your phone on 2 separate occasions. In both instances, the tel. number was busy so it took multiple attempts to get the door unlocked. I was concerned I was locked out on a walkway but you can get back into the first block and the way you came in without a code. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. But this all took time. Not what you need when you arrive at night tired., In the flat, there is a key for the 2 outer doors so you don't need to go through that faff again but NB you need to type in the combination code on the door of the flat itself so have your phone with instructions with you and ideally remember the code. Other points to note: - There are 2 busy roads over the water from the apartments - at ground level and a flyover above - which is not entirely clear from the photos and are very rarely clear as these suggest. There is therefore some noise, which is largely shut out when you close the French windows but not so good if you want them open or to sit out on the balcony. - The apartment is around 15mins walk from the city centre - There is no dishwasher and no bowl for the sink or even a plug.

Tolle Wohnung mit Terrasse. Spitze Aussicht. Total nettes Personal! Sehr gutes Restaurant im Gebäudekomplex.

Eine extra Toilette wäre gut.

Super emplacement et appartement spacieux et bien équipé

La chambre est malheureusement assez mal insonorisée avec le salon voisin. Le soir, on entendait la télévision assez fort, ce qui était un peu gênant.

Posizione Arredo Comunicazione com l host

L'emplacement idéal, la vue sur le port et la ville, l'espace habitable et le confort de l'appartement et le calme de la copropriété.

L'équipement de la cuisine : peu d'ustensiles et pas de lave-vaisselle.

Posizione a due passi dal acquario.

Parcheggio a pagamento non facile trovare

Ev sahibi bize eve giriş konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, çok ilgiliydi. Giriş biraz karışık olsa da hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi, teşekkürler

Banyoda şampuan yoktu, olmamasına çok şaşırdık
