Amazing apartment, beautifully renovated in a very old building. Patrizia was very welcoming and had provided everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The parking space was very welcome as they are like gold dust in Genoa! Would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the city.

We were looking for a space to sleep on the road from Italy to France, close to the highway, and the adorable owner answered positively at midnight :) the house is in an ugly location close to the docks but is an old patrimonial villa with a beautiful garden, absolutely stunning.

Very nice in a historical building. Owner very friendly. Furniture was very cozy and stylish for this flat.

Room was very hot. We hat 4 fans but this didn't help.

The apartment is in an old house, on an "island" of nice gardens and properties next to a river, in an industrial neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautiful. All elements are of high quality, from the bathroom sink to the kitchen furniture! The blue towels match the color of the bedsheets! The kitchen is excellent, with a proper fridge! All windows are provided with insect nets. There is a choice of wines as well as books you may choose to purchase by leaving the money in a box! Excellent idea! The location was very easy to access from the motorway. The host came to bring the key and instruct us about all the details. A warm welcome!

The air conditioning is not promised. Still, it could be essential (easy to install two portable devices that need no outdoor unit). We were lucky that the outside temperature was 24°C so the bedroom did not exceed 28° but if one comes on a hot day, the heat might be rising beyond bearable and the fans do not help. In the morning, at 10:00, I measured 29°C! This did not lower the rating because if one comes (like us) on a spring or autumn day, the stay is perfect.

It is warm, cozy and it has everything you need for a stay. The host is kind and friendly.

Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything needed. With private parking. Host was friendly and kind and provided all information needed for visiting around.

It was really hot because its on the roof and no air conditioning. Even though we were in mid September, room was really hot and the provided fans did not make any difference. Location is not that good. Far from every tourist attraction, hotel, market. Not a problem if you have a car.

A recently renovated apartment, too cozy, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with safe private parking area close to the flat. Kind, helpful and friendly owner who welcomed us with a “special & precious” present from their own garden! Perfect choice for short or long stay in Genoa. Hope to visit it again ...
