"Appartamento comodo e funzionale"

L’appartamento è in posizione funzionale, ottima per poter girare a piedi. Vicina a tutti i principali servizi come autobus, metro, supermercati. La possibilità di parcheggiare inoltre è super importante

L’appartamento ha una sola finestra quindi arieggiare è molto complicato. In generale la casa è pulita ma forse in maniera un po’ sommaria. In ogni caso va benissimo per un breve soggiorno!

Die Lage, der inkludierte Parkplatz und die freundlichen Gastgeber.

Die Küche war etwas klein, leicht verschmutzt und etwas unorganisiert. Aber für die wenigen Tage, war es uns egal.

Cristina and her daughter are great host. They gave us all information we need. Location is great, near train station and in walking distance to many attractions. Parking meaning a lot.

There was small incident on parking when somebody I hope by accident broken our small side window. Christine was very helpful and wanted to refund our temporary plastic glass solution.

"Disappointing"

- Nicely furnished and in a location that is very useful to explore the city. - A few very nice restaurants in the area.

- The parking place turned a major problem for us. Our car was broken into. The small window on the right side was broken and they made a mess of the car inside. Nothing was stollen, because we had unloaded the car. We could not leave the car further in this parking and I had to search for another parking that was really secured. This cost was extra 30 EUR per day. In addition, I spent hours to find a place to repair the window, which was not possible. It takes 6-7 minutes in each direction from the parking to the apartment. I spent 1 hour emptying the car of all bags we had. Then another 1 hour to load the car again. This incident ruined our entire vacation. It seems this is a problem in entire Genoa, so good luck in finding a secured parking!

It is a very nice apartment in the 7th floor clean and very well equipped. The parking was very convenient. The location was great next to the train station , 10 min waking from the piazza de Ferrari and the commercial streets and 20 min waking from the port . Christina was very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
