Lage sehr gut, da Mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt in mittelalterlichem Haus, in Nähe der meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten (aber auch nahe Rotlichtgegend); Wohnung liebevoll mit vielen Details eingerichtet, Vermieterin immer erreichbar, sehr hilfreich, stellte auch vieles „Zusätzliches“ zur Verfügung

Apartament bardzo czysty ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko wszędzie. Na dole restauracje. Ulica obok sklep spożywczy i warzywniak. Właścicielka miło nas przywitała specjałami Geniu. Super kontakt.

Nous étions idéalement situés pour tous les lieux à visiter et particulièrement le coeur de cet authentique centre historique de Gênes. L'appartement complètement rénové est cosy et la situation de la chambre au calme ; nous avons adoré ce logement. Notre hôte Alessandra avait préparé généreusement pour le petit déjeuner de notre séjour différentes confitures, jus de fruits, lait, oeufs, biscuits, brioches café , thé....sans oublier les spécialités génoises pour nous accueillir ....elle est de très bon conseil pour recommander de bons petits restaurants. Que du bonheur !

We had a fantastic stay at this spotless apartment in the heart of Genoa’s historic center. The hostess was wonderfully attentive and welcoming, leaving us wine, treats, and even pesto with pasta to cook — such a thoughtful touch. Our favorite focaccia shop just steps away, plus easy access to historic sites and local groceries.

In this area, there are many alleyways that you used to get around and not much daylight gets in here and it is hard to navigate your way around. Night time seemed a bit intimidating.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln reisen. Falls ich jemals nach Genua umziehe, würde ich dort sofort einziehen und die Wohnung genau so lassen, wie sie ist :)

Aufgrund der schmalen Gassen bzw.der nahen und hohen Nachbargebäude fällt nicht sehr viel direktes Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung.

Das Apartment liegt in der Altstadt in einer kleinen Gasse, wo man nicht vermutet, dass sich ein so schönes Apartment in diesem Haus versteckt. Modern und hell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schönes Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und bequemem Bett. Das Bad mit dem tollen Fliesedekor, genau wie auf den Fotos. Unten ist eine richtig schöne Piazza mit mehreren Lokalen aber im Schlafzimmer das nach hinten rausgeht wirklich nicht zu hören. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut um die Stadt zu erkunden. Bäcker, Obst und Gemüsehöndler sowie ein Supermarkt sind nur ca. 2Min um die Ecke. Auch außergewöhnlich die nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und der tolle Empfang mit genuesischen Köstlichkeiten. Eventuell erwähnenswert ist die Nähe zur Via della Maddalena, jedoch haben wir (zwei Frauen)uns dort nie unwohl oder unsicher gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cet appartement est parfait ! Il est idéalement situé dans le centre de Gênes : tout est accessible à pied. Propre, bien aménagé et calme (la chambre donne à l'arrière). La propriétaire est vraiment aux petits soins : communication parfaite, réactivité et mêmes des cadeaux ! Je recommande vivement !

This may be the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. You definitely get more than what you pay for. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and in the morning you can simply go down to get fresh focaccia for breakfast, or in the evening go for a drink or dinner, with four cafés/restaurants nearby whose pleasant buzz we really enjoyed, as it made us feel that everything was cheerful and lively. The apartment is excellently equipped and has everything you might need—and more. It is designed in a very practical, clever way, but also with a lot of aesthetic sense. Communication with the owner was very convenient, extremely pleasant, clear, and immensely helpful for choosing restaurants and other places to visit, while always being available to us. Finally, I would say that the thoughtful gift, along with all the other carefully arranged details, truly delighted us!

This is a lovely apartment right in the heart of historic Genoa. It is very clean with a comfy bed. very fully equipped with food for breakfast and even the ingredients a meal to cook for yourself. Our host, Alessandra, was incredibly helpful, friendly and always available. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants literally a few steps away.I would gladly stay here again.
