Appartement très fonctionnel et placé à proximité des lieux touristiques, propre. Propriétaire et assistante très disponibles

Le soir, le quartier est plutôt mal fréquenté: drogués, prostitution ... Au 4eme étage sans ascenseur difficile avec 2 enfants en bas âge et poussette Canapé très inconfortable

Хорошее общение с владельцем. Хорошее расположение. Оборудованная кухня. Всё новенькое. Очень удобная ванная комната.

Долго кондиционер охлаждает квартиру. Жалко что окна выходят прям в другой дом.

"Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, aber Achtung - 5. Stock ohne Lift!"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Genua. Mitten in den Viccoli gelegen, kann man den alten Hafen wie auch die Piazza dei Ferrari gut zu Fuß erreichen. U-Bahn, Geschäfte, nette Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vermiteter sind sehr freundlich, es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und es gibt keinen Lift. Leider war das in der Beschreibung nicht zu lesen. Dies wäre aber gut zu wissen, da wir mit unserer 83-jährigen Mutter unterwegs waren und es für sie schon etwas mühsam war, täglich die 5 Stockwerke rauf und runter zu gehen!

Great location. A little difficult to find initially and a taxi wouldn't take us from the station. However it was only about a 10min walk but bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage/big bags. The facilities were great but the apartment is up some steep stairs/78 steps. My aging parents stayed with us so this was a little tricky as nowhere on the description did it say it was up 4 flights of stairs. So we just managed our day and reduced the number of times we visited the apartment during the day. Very comfortable and clean.
