Good location, accessible for train station, city center etc. Huge bad, everything provided for good staying .

12€ charge for linen beds and towels per person even though 2 of us used 1 linen bad which is unreasonable to pay so high fare (24€ per 2 people). Experience this for the first time in booking.

We tried to get refund. Nobody answered our calls. Finally after one day somebody came to check us out. There were prostitutes standing on whole street and in the gate of our apartment taking money from clients and when you were sleeping you could hear them with their clients all night. I highly discourage everyone if you want to rent this place. Horrible customer service and still no money back…

The location is central so it’s good to access main roads. The apartment is not that bad looking aswell.

The ac wasn’t working and we had to fix it ourself because the water was full, I feel like the host should’ve checked this before the arrival of guest. The streets are quite noisy but it’s not a huge issue.

The accessibility is perfect due to the approximmity with the harbour.

Humidity of the house and lack of natural light. An accommodation unit can't offer service without sheets and towels - it doesn't make sense at all. Lisa has requested even the city tax, but please I didn't take an invoice to pay it, except a piece of paper without sign, seal or fiscal number.

Had an akward encounter with a prostitute and her customer in the building😬
