A localização , limpeza e o facto de ter piscina e estacionamento privativo

Pouca insonorização, ouvia se o ruído todo do apartamento ao lado e mesmo entre a sala de estar e o quarto .

Os acessórios de cozinha podem ser melhorados como por exemplo algo que possa levar comida ao forno. O sistema de agua quente pode ser melhorado (talvez com painel solar termo-sifão) de forma a não haver tanta variação de temperatura de agua no banho e/ou colocar torneira termo estática de forma a poupar agua durante o processo moroso de acertar a temperatura ideal.
