Alles sehr abgenutzt Abfluss sehr langsam man darf nicht mehr wie 3 Minuten duschen sonst wird die Wanne voll. Alles blubbert. Sauberkeit ist ein Thema . Heizkörper sollte man sich nicht anschauen. Die Möbeln alle veraltet abgenutzt teilweise heftige Kratzer an Bett Kopfteile.

Very strong cigarette smell was in sitting room I had had booked this flat before but I couldn't smell.

The kitchen was great. The property was clean but it seems the owner is also running a hostel in the building so we had people knocking on our door at inappropriate hours.

Firstly, the facilities the owner claims he provides, are false advertising. The radiators did not work. We nearly froze to death on the first night because the property was that cold. Owner claimed it was German govt regulations. But German govt didn't say that you should turn the heating off. It is winter. None of the radiators worked. We didn't sleep the first night. We had to have the oven running and stayed in the kitchen overnight. In the morning, we went and bought a radiator. By this time, we had developed terrible coughs and colds. We immediately reported to Booking.com who sent a message to the owner. The owner still made his false claims about govt regulations. Aday before we checked into this property, we stated in Bonn and the heating was fine. Prior to that, we stayed in a 3,000 sq ft home in Linz an Rhine and the heating was fine. Govt didn't say to turn off the heating. The moment the owner found out that we found an alternative heating (2 days after our arrival), he then quickly sent a representative to come and check. We declined for them to enter the property. Also, the night before we left, this owner sent another representative to come inside to take photos of the property (at night), we declined for them to enter. A few hours later, we had knocks on the door, again we did not open the door. This is the worst place we have stayed in this year. We are seasoned travelers, we work from home, this is the 10th property we've stayed in worldwide. We were in Dubai before we arrived in Germany two weeks ago, and to pay for a place and not have heating and the facilities the owner claims in his profile that he has, was disingenuous. His washer dryer does not work, his wifi does not work and there was no heating It seems the owner is also running a hostel in the building so we had people knocking on our door at inappropriate hours. We got sick inside that house. WE counted days until we left. Booking.
