Air was very moisty.

Nice quiet place

The bedroom was a bit small, but nothing was missing. One more lamp would be useful in the living room…

It was the second time at Artemus Karliva and we will book again for our next vacation in izola. We love everything about the place and the host is always very welcoming.

We liked everything. The apartment is very cozy, lovely decorated in an Istrian style. It has all the appliances one needs - from towels to cooking dishes. It was very clean, the dining room is spacious, the shower is amazing. The host was beyond friendly and helpful. Our apartment had a nice terrace with lounge seats. If we would stay longer we'd prefer to have higher table/chairs so we could eat outside but since we stayed just for two days, they were perfect for spending time outside in the evening and calmly drinking coffee in the morning.

There isn't a single thing we didn't like. Maybe for those who like the beach - the location is a bit far from it but this didn't bother us because we don't like swimming anyway. :) We enjoy the seaside for the view and smell of pines and good local sea food. :)

Lovely place, nice street, appartment was fully equipped with all needed appliances - for coffee, warming food, fridge etc. Bed was comfortable, and there was enough room all over for our luggage and all other beach things. Host is absolutely kind and nice and helpful so we had a very good experience from check in to check out. Definitely recommend Apartments Artemus Karliva, it's close to SPAR and walking distance to city center and beach. 👏

A little bit of wet walls as there is some moisture coming from the backyard when neighbors wash the tiles. I think host was and is doing efforts to remove/clean this, but letting the window and door open when it's possible would help ventilation. NOT a major issue though!

Very nice and cosy place to spend your holiday, the host is very kind. The beach and the downtown is 5-7 mins walk. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend :)
