Apartmani Matej

Well equipped apartment, very nice that it has 2 double beds since we were two couples. The bathroom is spacious, the kitchen island is nice and it has AC in the living room and in both bedrooms. The nearby Aroma supermarket was very convinient, and we could walk to the bus station and old town of Kotor. The hosts were very responsive and nice, which was rare because we found the people in Kotor very unfriendly and even rude.

It would’ve been nice to have a smart TV instead of a normal tv to be able to play music or youtube videos.

Very nice and modern apartment with everything you might need. Nice and polite owners. You can see that they’ve put a lot of love and effort in decorating the place. Easy check-in and check-out

Apartmani Matej is one of two apartments in a small block just 15 minutes walk from the Old town. Inside, it is very smart, clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a six day stay. Beds and shower are excellent. Private parking space was a real bonus. Good communications with the owner who was very helpful.

Initially we struggled with noise from a nearby road, but closing the windows at night solved that issue.

The host, Gracija, was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to inquiries. We were allowed to check-in at 12noon since we arrived earlier and so we were off to a a great start already. Getting keys on arrival was a breeze. Clear instructions were spot-on! I was travelling with my wife and kids (6 year old and 10months old baby) so trust me when I say this was a child-friendly apartment. The apartment is modern, airy, clean, has the basic amenities of an apartment but what stood out for me were: close proximity to the old town (Kotor is a walkable city), fast wi-fi, it is near a supermarket and best of all, you have views of the mountains as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Nothing. Would love to stay here again if ever we visit Kotor next time.. Five stars!
