We spent a few dreamy days in this accommodation in Kotor. Everything was beyond our expectations, but what completely won us over was the absolutely spectacular view of the bay and the mountains. Drinking your morning coffee on the balcony, admiring the scenery like from a postcard, is an experience that is difficult to describe in words. The room was clean, bright and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive to every detail. The quietness of the area allowed us to completely relax, and access to the city and the main attractions was very easy. I recommend this location with all my heart — it is the ideal place for a romantic vacation or simply to recharge your batteries in a dreamlike landscape. We will definitely be back! 💙 P.s. the accommodation have privat parking spot! ✨

The apartment is in a beautiful location with a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. The location is excellent. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the Old Town, which is a great convenience if you want to explore Kotor. What impressed me the most was the view in the early morning hours as the sun rises, and at night, under the lights, the city looks even more vibrant. What makes each of our visits even more beautiful are the hosts, who are full of love, kindness and understanding, not to mention the cleanliness of the entire accommodation.

When you arrive, you’ll realize there’s nothing not to like.

The view from this apartment is just unbelievable - truly breathtaking, and a good sized balcony from which to relax and watch the daily hubbub of town and port (pack your binoculars 😁). Other benefits include parking, washing machine, TV (with a range of English channels) and a little kitchenette. The hosts were very nice and generous providing welcome snacks, drinks, and lots of fruit. I was confused reading others reviews as to whether this property was or wasn't within walking distance to town. Lots of conflicting information. The simple answer is 'yes' it is easily walkable for anyone 'reasonably fit'. We only discovered the short-cut path on our last day, which shaves about 20 mins off your time walking down into town via the road. It took us just 10 mins on the track (as opposed to 30 on the road). It is on your left as you are walking down the road, you'll see a blue building, and the path leads past it and some other buildings before descending straight down, saving you from walking all the switchbacks on the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day. Thanks again Beautiful view.

Not the owners fault, but the loud motorbike, (or maybe a quad), that goes up and down the road outside repeatedly, late at night, was quite annoying. It wouldn't put me off returning though.

The name "Beautiful view" is no lie, even though you can get this view only from a tiny corner of the terrace (shared by other people). The room itself has no view. As we travelled by car, we found this to be an ideal location to visit Kotor. Kotor itself appeared to us similar to Venice and we expected the accomodation prices in the old town to be of a similar range. Just a 5 minutes drive away from Kotor you get this nice room which is absolutely worth its price. It was very clean and well equipped. You even have a washing machine. While probably not essential, we still took notice of how the hosts had furnished the room with great attention to detail, tastefully and noticeably carefully according to the color theme of 'purple'. Even the soap at the washbasin in the bathroom had the right color. A few minutes after our arrival, the host knocked at the door and handed over a big plate full of ham and bread (and possibly some other food I cannot remember anymore) without that we had asked for it. The portion was a full meal for two persons and definitely more than just symbolic. "Just that you have something to eat", she said. Never experienced such hospitality and cordiality anywhere else in a commercial environment. Needless to say that she refused any additional money for the plate. We stayed just a single night, but if we ever visit Kotor again, we definitely consider to stay in this accommodation - and with these lovely hosts.

There is really nothing we could complain about. Just be clear that if you book this accomodation, you stay a 5 minutes drive away from Kotor.

The hosts were incredibly kind and supportive people. The house is big and beautiful from outside, also with nice green garden in front, which would be enjoyable for children.

Our room and the bedsheets were not really clean. Also the location is not comfortable, if you travel without car. It takes 30 minutes walk to the old town, and the road is difficult, feels like hiking in the mountains up and down.

The View was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable and modern. The host was also absolutely lovely and even surprised us with some snacks when we arrived later in the evening.
