Appartement spacieux, traversant. Belle vue d'un côté. Le propriétaire (et son fils) disponible et aimable.

Volet côté rue cassé donc davantage de bruit et de lumière quand on veut dormir dans le canapé. Pas de ventilateur dans la chambre

Close to bus station, clean and spacious

The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's situated outside the old town but very close to walk. Ivan, the owner, was very kind and welcoming.

The apartment is a fantastic place to stay—comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located near Kotor Bay, the town center, and the fortress hike. The room has everything you need, including a kitchen for cooking, a balcony, and a lovely mountain view.

It wasn’t easy to find on Google, but Ivan’s email had all the necessary details, making it much easier to locate. I have to do the payment in the cash, so that's good we were prepared as backup.

The house is what the pictures show. The house is very close to the station and is easily accessible. Like a real home it has kitchenware crockery and cutlery.

There are two single beds for 2 people, the sofa is a bit short and may not be very suitable for three people, except for children or teenagers. There was no heating, only air conditioning, but it wasn't very cold.

Everything was perfect. A nice, clean, comfortable appartment in a nice location. The communication with the host was also perfect

It is in the center of Kotor , near of everything. 5 min walk from old town of Kotor. Also free parking included. Ivan was very helpful and kind I suggest it , for sure worth of money for off season period. ( November )

There were minor problems regarding our stay. For instance , hair dryer was faulty, shutter was broken and we couldn't close it and also in my opinion the house could be a little bit cleaner. As I said these things were not so much big deal.
