No te pueden exigir hacer el cheking de 16 a 19h y si te pasas te cobran más. No funcionó en ningún momento ni la tele ni el wifi, ni siquiera aparecía la red.. El servicio al cliente pésimo, no cogían el teléfono. Instalaciones un poco descuidadas y antiguas.

This place could use some improvement- at least the kitchen cupboard door below the sink- that would be a quick ikea door exchange. The ‘rooms’ could be rethought- short term guests don’t need so much storage but having room to move is useful. A little paint on the walls would help and please - remove the creepy topless women print it’s just not appropriate. You’d have more room with the tv on that wall and the couch facing the window.

No local para levantar a chave do apartamento ninguém deu a informação quanto a mim vital que para se chegar ao apartamento B12 é fundamental entrar-se pelo número 94 e só aí se consegue encontrar o dito apartamento. Se eu tivesse recebido essa informação não teria perdido imenso tempo á procura do apartamento num elevado número de apartamentos e nenhum com o número B12. WiFi não funcionou

Nothing it was nothing like the photo above completely misrepresented .Two bedrooms was one plywood partition in the living room exposed with bunkbeds .No bedding. Rusty fridge.Smelling of mould and mildew ,visible mould .Broken kitchen unité. Water yellow coming from taps Balcony rusty and delapidated with torn wire. Rundown area We arrived late at night dur to flight delay and complained to Booking.com asking to be relocated straight away to be told it was too late so had to suffering a terrible night with sounds of scratching behind the fridge. Left next morning first thing !!!!!Terminated the stay asap

Everything as above. The property was disgusting,à health hazard and a shockingly bad start to a holiday planned by me to take my two granddaughters to Lagos for a week. We stayed one night 3 of us crampes into one small double bed. No ventilation as the wooden blinds were bolted so we slept breathing in mould and,mildew . A terrible experience, extremely stressful and next day spent 2 hours in the agency of the property with my Portuguese daughter in law who lives in Lagos trying to get a refund inorder to relocate and try to save our disastrous holiday. No refund to this date just stalling on the part of Booking.com who say they are waiting for the agency to agree the refund when the agency agreed next day when we left .
