1 star review, if I could give 0 stars, I would, we were completely catfished by the photos on booking.com, the reviews online have to be fake!! And they likely delete negative reviews as I am sure we were not the only people to be disappointed with what we arrived to. We arrived to a dirty, run-down studio apartment with dust, filth and knick knacks everywhere. The location is terrible, it is a hike to get into the city centres and the local amenities (within 15minute walk) are lacking severely. The price they are charging gave us the impression it would be a premium stay, however we ended up having to book elsewhere (at our own personal cost) as we did not feel safe, it turned out to be fantastic and well worth it. We stayed 2 nights at B12 and were glad to see the back of it. To top it off on the day we were leaving, the front garden area by the pool was like a building site and no communication from the agent or booking.com was given regarding this. Thankfully we did not have young children with us but this is definitely a hazard, especially as it is approx 2 metres from the pool. See photo attached. Very very disappointed!!!!! We advise, DO NOT BOOK!!

ESThe apartment was clean and the water pressure/hot water was good. There was plenty of parking. The pool appeared to be maintained. The kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking tools.
In order to pick up the keys you had to go to an office that was 2km away from the apartment. It would have been impossible to get there/get around without a car. The pictures of the apartment were not very accurate as the apartment was very rundown. It was nearly impossible to sleep because it was incredibly loud- there were people shouting and dogs barking all night. The bed was very small and uncomfortable.
