Apartment is comfy and has everything required to make a self catering stay possible. Easy to book, a good price and the staff on site are always lovely Appartment is cleaned everyday if required. (We mostly declined) Kitchen well equipped The patio gets the morning sun so breakfast outside in Feb is great.

We have stayed in this property before and it's been peaceful but things have changed. It now backs onto a major building site with dumper trucks and bleeping lorries reversing. This will be the case for a long time into the future. There is also a problem with barking dogs which can be heard from the patio. They are fairly persistent. On a general point the whole Boavista site now feels like a huge building/ development program. The owners will not stop building, no green space is safe and this once fairly tranquil setting has the sound of angle grinders, cranes, hammers, excavation and piling in several locations.
