B17 - The Stunning Seaview Apartment

B17 has excellent views of the bay, Good location .

B17 is not manged properly, this property is in need of a R&R. Washroomsx2 . Only 1 very small shower, and I mean Small, everytime you move to wash yourself you touch the handle and the water temperature changes 😡 no place to keep anything other than the toilet seat. The other washroom is bigger but it has a jacuzzi tub.😟 This place is in NEED of new washrooms... Bedrooms, 5 out of10 Bathrooms, 2out of 10 Kitchen/living room 5 out of 10 Balcony, great views but please remove that very light plastic table. One more thing, Can someone install doors that open and close properly special in the bathrooms. Elevators, DON'T use them! We got stuck on the first day and have to wait for someone to get us out. We walked up to the 4th floor everyday. We travel from Porto to Algarve and B17 wasn't what we expected.🙁

Apartment very well located, very comfortable with lots of equipment to meet our needs.. it has an incredible view!

Everything is OK

Lagos- it’s a beautiful city!

What we didn’t like: 1. Lack of response from the property management company. 2. Broken faucet and bed which was unusable for the duration of our stay 3. Failure of the property manager to take action to rectify the issues or give us any assistance once they confirmed the bed and faucet were broken. 4. Being charged for a two bedroom apartment with only one bed for four people. 5. All the time we wasted trying to get ahold of the property manager to assist us.

Only the location otherwise we would not recommend this property.

We extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response from the property manager. When we checked in to this unit we noticed immediately that one of the beds was completely broken, the bathroom faucet was broken and there were signs up advising us not to use the blinds because they were also broken. We ended up having to go into the property managers office to get help for the bed since no phone calls or messages were returned. They sent out a repair man who told us what we had already known that the faucet and bed were broken and they would order new ones. This didn’t help us since we were stuck with four people and one bed and couch for five nights. No one tried or has since contacted us to provide us with any assistance. We would definitely not recommend this property.

Location!

Only one key. One shade was broken so the bedroom was hot and dark

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything and the heart of Lagos. And if you needed an Uber or taxi very accessible

It needed work on refreshing the things on the interior. The beds/couch/pills were ROCK hard and when we wanted a relaxing night in and turned the tv on it was red/green color only.

It was a very good experience and to be repeated. Thanks for the hospitality!!
