CasaDuarte "NAU Deluxe Studio"

L’appartement est situé au 10e étage et offre une vue magnifique sur la ville et l’océan. Il se trouve à environ 15 minutes de marche de la marina, de la plage et des restaurants. Un stationnement gratuit est disponible. On retrouve également une station-service et une grande épicerie juste en diagonale avec l’édifice. L’édifice et l’ascenseur ont un certain vécu, avec une odeur particulière, mais l’appartement, quant à lui, est bien entretenu et exempt d’odeur. Il dispose d’une superbe terrasse privée. La photo ne rend pas justice à l’endroit : il est encore mieux en vrai. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est fourni pour passer un excellent séjour.

Le lit et le principal sont propres, mais un petit nettoyage est à prévoir près des fenêtres, sur les murs et les stores…

Large, bright, comfortable studio with two windows and a patio, on 10th floor with great views and excellent sunrises. Well equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi. Easy check-in, friendly host who provided helpful information folder. Ten minute walk to old town. Adjacent to supermarkets and within walking distance of great boardwalk along the cliffs. Good shower. Really comfortable bed.

We visited in December and even with heating found the space a bit cool. I would say it would be wonderful in summer.

Henrique, the host, is an awesome person. The facility is great and very near to downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Henrique was a really lovely and helpful host who put together a great book of recommendations, and gave us a tour when we arrived. The place was well equipped, with a lovely little balcony and a comfortable bed

Whilst it was clean, there was a bit of mold around (probably due to the area just being a bit humid) and the shower pressure was a bit low

The views and how close it was to everything! The balcony was lovely for sunsets with a glass of wine

Henrique was a great host. His info booklet was brilliant. It was filled with activities, food recommendations and much more. The apartment had absolutely everything you need and more and only a short 10 min walk down to the center.
