Center Beach Apartment

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement était suffisamment équipé et spacieux pour un groupe de quatre personnes. Quant à l'emplacement, il est parfait.

Very convenient self check-in. Landlord is easy to keep in touch with. Great location. Everything you need is nearby.

The price does not match the quality. Especially considering that you have to buy some things yourself. I was upset by the fact that they left us one roll of toilet paper for 10 days. This is such disrespect. We have stayed in many places in different countries and never bought toiletries ourselves.The building is very old and the smell is appropriate. I couldn't get used to it.

The apartment was perfect for four people and had a good little kitchen that enabled us to make our own breakfast and tea and coffee. An easy car park was just 5mins walk away, as were restaurants, the marina etc.

We had to wait for 20 minutes to be let in but other than that everything was great.

Exceptionally clean. Very well located.

Extremely dated and poorly maintained. From the outside, it looked abandoned with the broken window blinds. Inside, it was like stepping back in time. The furnishings were generally comfortable but the attention to detail was poor. Broken light bulbs, no dish washing soap or cloth for a weekend stay. Poor communication with the owner via Booking.com.

The location was very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We did not have a car, so being able to walk to these places was important. The apartment itself was very clean and we liked the decor and layout of it. We visited Lagos in August, when it was quite hot. The apartment did not have air conditioning, but there were good fans and we really didn't have any issues with feeling that the apartment was too warm.

For the short time we were there, we really didn't have any issues at all. It worked out very well for our visit and we were quite happy.

Center Beach apartments is a cosy and clean little home away from home. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. The owner is very responsive and helpful and check in and check out very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location walking distance to everything.

Was a bit cold in the evening but this should be ok in the summer.

Location, cleaning

We stayed in wintertime and the department was very cold. There was two radiators that could be used but they where not in use when we arrived and even after one night in use it was uncomfortable cold.
