Studios Angeliki

We stayed 4 nights in Lassi and absolutely loved this place. The view is the best on the island, with a private beach and a quiet cove with caves—perfect for swimming. Penelope, our host, was amazing. She arranged taxis from the port and to the airport, and even left us local produce when we arrived late. Everything was perfect—highly recommended!

We stayed in a studio room with garden view. The room was good with a very large bed - all the cooking facilities you could need and were given a loaf of bread and tomato’s on arrival. Outside we had a private area with 2 seats and a table. Just a short walk down the steps there were several levels with sun beds you could use and access to the sea where you could swim to a small cove seen in the photos. The property is just a short 2 min walk from lassi high street which had some lovely restaurants and shops and just a 4 min drive to Argostoli. The host of the property was lovely, she met us when we got to the property and showed around our room, helped us with any problems we had and was easily accessible on WhatsApp.

My mom and I have just returned from an idyllic 10 day stay in Lassi and we are so happy that we chose to stay at Studios Angeliki for our first trip to Kefalonia. Firstly, the location was perfect for all of the stunning restaurants and bars of Lassi and also a short walk into Argostoli. We were also so happy to learn that there was a great supermarket just at the top of the road which served us very well during our stay! Penelope, the host of the property, was extremely accommodating and welcoming. From the moment of booking she clearly wanted to meet our needs and made the arrival, stay and departure extremely easy - always there to greet us, extremely informative about things to do in the area and always happy to help with additional requests such as taxi bookings etc. On arrival, we were delighted with the facilities of the studio which more than accommodated our needs, i.e. not only a toaster but also a toastie maker and all of the cooking facilities you would need for dining in. We cooked breakfast most days with ease and even had the occasional nighttime meal in too thanks to the fabulous combi microwave and sparkling clean oven and hob. The property even had a hairdryer, iron, fully equipped first aid kit and a set of comfortable dressing gowns and slippers!! The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, which coupled with the silence inside the room, made for the best nights’ sleep we’ve had, especially given that my mom does not sleep well at all at home. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff were second to none every day - even on Sunday when the cleaners were at rest, Penelope still came in to make our bed and take out the trash.

In all honesty, there is nothing at all to say that we didn’t like about the property. In fact, the only thing we considered when booking was that it didn’t have a pool but we actually found out that there were multiple hotels and apartment complexes in the area offering pool use for the day if that was required. But, as we love the beach so much, this wasn’t an issue for us.

Clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful hospitality. Lots of restaurants nearby and a great base to explore from.

The photo of the isolated sandy beach is deceiving. If you want sand without crowds you need a car. Snorkeling is great on their beach if you are happy to jump in and get out via the steps. There is limited storage space in the room if you aren't taller than 6ft!

Penelope loves hosting and it shows, she is very thoughtful and all little details have been attended to. Warm, friendly, great communication and very easy check in and out. Location is incredible.

Everything was great!

On y est comme à la maison. L’appartement est spacieux et propre. Les équipements sont au complet que ce soit en cuisine ou en chambre. La petite cour arrière ombragée est un bonheur lors des fortes chaleurs. Nous remercions Pénélope pour son hospitalité, bonne humeur et tous les bons petits trucs qu’elle nous a donné pour découvrir l’île. Et que dire du petit gâteau et la bouteille de vin pour notre anniversaire. 😘

Dommage que les commodes de lit ne possèdent pas de tiroir et manque un tout petit peu de place dans les WC pour poser ses affaires. Mais ce sont des détails en comparaison de tous les points positifs.

Loved every thing about our stay

Everything! We had a fabulous stay at Studios Angeliki. Perfect location and great for travelling around the island. The apartments are beautiful, equipped with everything we could possibly need and and spotlessly clean. Penelope and the team were so friendly and welcoming and always available to answer questions. We will definitely be returning.

We had such a wonderful stay at Studios Angeliki. It's a lovely small guest house overlooking the water not far from Makris Gialos Beach in Lassi. We booked the superior apartment with sea view on the top floor, and it was incredible. The apartment was very spacious, with the most amazing views of the ocean! It was was so clean, comfortable and and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was huge and the most comfortable I have slept in! The location just off the main road and overlooking the sea, makes it feel so calm and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the access down to the water for a swim and the sun lounges. There is even a lovely cave/cove at the bottom of the stairs. It feels very private and quiet and such a nice respite to some of the busy beaches. Our host Penelope was a delight! Always greeting us with a smile and so helpful with fantastic recommendations of places to see and where to eat. We hope to make a return visit once day!
