Avra Private Suites

Finca de arboles frutales directemente frente al mar. Desayuno casero, incluyendo frutas producidas en la propia finca con un servicio impecable por parte de Mirella (?). Maria cuido hasta el ultimo detalle y tuvimos un regalo de bienvenida y salida.

Que se me acabaron las vacaciones y me tuve que volver a casa. :D

The most wonderful hosts and staff. The view is amazing and being so close to the beach too. We can't fault Avra Private Suites. Such a beautiful place and such lovely people. The best breakfasts we have ever experienced.

We can't fault Avra Suites.

The apartments are set in lovely gardens full of flowers, herbs and fruit trees. It is above a lovely sandy beach with access via steps. The breakfasts are amazing. Your table is laid up outside the apartment and decorated with beautiful flower arrangements. You don’t choose what you are going to eat, but instead a huge spread is brought to you which seems to be different each day. It is enough for breakfast and a light lunch too and all really fresh and delicious. There is a pool overlooking the sea where you can sit surrounded by pomegranates, plumbago and bougainvillea watching the sun setting over the water. All of this is set only 10 minutes drive from the airport which is small and non-obtrusive.

Maria seems to have thought of everything so it is hard to suggest any improvements. The only slightly disappointing part is the nearby town which is a strip of restaurants serving tourists. As tourists ourselves we used one of the restaurants and it was fine, but it would have been nice to experience something more authentically Kefalonian. This is a minor point and not within Maria’s control. It certainly won’t stop us returning to Avra suites as soon as we can.

As soon as you enter Avra Private Suites from the main street of Lassi, you immediately realize you’ve arrived at a truly unique place, a little piece of heaven. I won’t repeat everything already mentioned in other reviews: the view, the cleanliness, the amazing (!) breakfast on the balcony, the attention to detail, the blossoming garden, and the lovely pool. It’s all true, and even better than described. There’s nothing better than eating the delicious breakfast and going for a swim in the beach just beneath hotel. We left with heavy hearts and wonderful memories, and would be delighted to return one day. A perfect 10 and beyond.

Maria und ihre Mitarbeiterinnen haben uns herzlichst empfangen und mit einem einzigartigen Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Lage des Hauses macht das Ganze perfekt.

Il nostro soggiorno all’Avra Private Suite è stato semplicemente perfetto. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica , ideale sia per esplorare l’isola che per rilassarsi in un contesto tranquillo e suggestivo. A pochi passi si raggiunge una spiaggia meravigliosa, con mare cristallino e atmosfera rilassante. Una menzione speciale va alla bellissima piscina, che regala momenti di puro relax, soprattutto al tramonto quando il cielo si tinge di colori caldi e il panorama diventa indimenticabile. Le colazioni sono deliziose, ricche e preparate con amore, con una selezione di dolci fatti in casa che cambiano ogni giorno: un tocco in più che fa davvero la differenza. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche, calorose e attente, e il personale é sempre gentile e premuroso. Un soggiorno che ci resterà nel cuore. Assolutamente consigliato
