Avra Private Suites

Absolutely beautiful two bedroom suite with incredible view from the balcony over the sea and beach. The pool was stunning and chilled for before or after time at the beach; it was just a short walk down steps to the main sandy beach and Costa beach club. The hostess was so kind and helpful, staying up late for us and even driving with us late at night to find us somewhere in Lassi to get a bite to eat after our journey. Breakfast were large and delicious with lots of homemade goodies. Beds were comfy and towels, toiletries and beach towels provided. We wished we could have stayed longer as it was the perfect, stylish retreat in Lassi.

Nothing we didn’t like. Small suggestion could be perhaps to give guests the option each evening to choose ahead what breakfast items they would like eg: telling us the sweet cake option, savoury option, eggs etc. Only because we felt bad we could t always eat everything that was brought to us and it may save wasting any of your lovely cooking!

Gorgeous setting with gardens full of fig & lemon trees, flowers & herbs. The breakfasts on our balcony were an absolute treat to look forward to. Location was a perfect base to explore all other areas of the island from. The beach below is sandy, with the clearest water. Walking distance to many little shops & eating places.

Maria and her team are just wonderful. We looked forward to our exceptional breakfast each morning. Something delicious, all home made by Merila who is an absolute delight. Different jams and little bits and pieces each morning, fresh flowers and English breakfast tea. Lots of different pastries - savoury and sweet. Everything was meat free which suited us perfectly. All enjoyed at the time of our choosing on the terrace next to the lemon tree. The loungers round the pool were very comfortable. The terraces with sea views are stunning and everything well thought out. Location is good and is in a quiet area. Another positive is that fresh fluffy towels are supplied every day. Much appreciated. Thank you to Maria and her team.

Although the room was quite spacious it was quite dark.

Exceptional in every way! The apartment and grounds were absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable; and our apartment had a stunning view of Makris Gialos beach. Maria and her staff were very welcoming and attentive; nothing was too much trouble! As for the breakfast…wow! The home cooked breakfast which was served on our balcony was absolutely delicious and was by far the best food we had on our trip! Everything from the table settings and fresh flowers was perfect. I highly recommend Avra Private Suites, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Maria and staff for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful stay, perfect end to our Honeymoon. I have so much good to say about Avra Suites. The staff were unbelievable, so kind and friendly, they really made us feel so welcome. The suite was beautifully clean and the bed SO comfy! We wanted to live there. The pool area was spotless and sun loungers the comfiest. And of course the breakfast was like nothing we have experienced! So special. Overall the attention to detail was faultless, and we really hope to return one day.

Beautiful view from the terrace 180 degree view over Lassi Bay. Fantastic home cooked breakfasts every day. Proximity to the local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Just down the steps to the beach. Easy taxi ride to Argostoli
