La Distribución y ventilación del departamento

Zentral, sauber, Hatte bis auf einen Flaschenöffner wirklich alles was man so im Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig auch abends. Man konnte Top schlafen! Die Terasse ist rießig und man kann abends richtig entspannen. Keinen Ofen aber dafür eine Waschmaschine. Zwei sepparate Schlafzimmer - sehr fein! Altbau aber sehr angenehme hohe Zimmer.

Die Treppen mit Kind und Kinderwagen, aber das ist in Italien oft so dass es keinen Lift gibt. Keinen Ofen.

La posizione

Appartamento sporco ( capelli nella doccia e nel lavandino, cucina sporca, in camera polvere sui mobili ), senza finestre, condizionatore non funziona, formiche in cucina

The location just inside the city walls was excellent. Very quiet. Large terrace. Excellent washing machine and dryer rack. Two en suite full bathrooms, each with shower and bidet. Strong internet. Coffee maker with pods provided. Adequate pots and pans. Place settings and cups for 4 people. Each bedroom had queen sized bed and closet .All rooms had individual heaters Parking available on street a block away but it cost 6 euros per day (except free on Sunday) Markets closed on Sunday but otherwise excellent convenience market and also produce and meat market just a couple of blocks away outside the city walls. Many restaurants nearby inside old city walls.

No living area. Only the kitchen table for four to sit in a common area with addition of a large terrace. Fine for clear warm weather but would have been tight if it had been too rainy or cold to sit outside No oven but had microwave wave, 4 burner gas stove and full size refrigerator

Great location, very well-equipped kitchen, everything clean and tidy. Giuseppe was a very friendly and approachable host.

Internet coverage within the accommodation could be better. The Wi-Fi signal was only available close to the kitchen door. Nothing else missing.
