Really nice place just outside of Lecco. Walking distance to the train station, centre and ferry terminals. Check in was very straightforward

The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and organised. He made himself available if we needed anything. The facilities were clean and of a good standard. Good restaurants close by and nice walk along the lake into town.

Unfortunately parking was scarce. We were lucky most times and found street parking fairly close by but it was always on our minds about if we would find something upon our arrival home after a day out and about.

I really loved the apartment and all the equipment. Also big attitude is the location. Great contact with Andrea.

Good location, only a short walk to the centre of town. Very spacious apartment with great view and nice outside seating area. Very comfy bed. Easy check in procedure.

Lovely apartment with good access to Lecco. Andrea is an excellent hostess. Great communication and organisation.

Our host, Andrea, was helpful & responsive and the property was very well presented with everything we could have needed. The location was great & the pool an added bonus, which our two boys loved. Lecco was a lovely base - we took the ferry to Bellagio & the local cable car up the Erna mountain which was great.

Upon arrival host was waiting for us with the keys so easy entry. Got a tour through the appartment. The apparment has all you need and all it there.

Realy hot and even with 2 fans blowing all night.. temperature did not drop below 27.5 degree. A/C should be present for this pricelevel. About the pricelevel.. for this appartment in this neighbourhood is way overpriced and should be lowered with 35%. Neighbourhood is poor and some old industrial part of Lecco.. walk to acutal city centre is over 15 minutes. We have to park on the street.. whilst the host was telling he also lives in same building (15 appartments) so we assumed he has 2 parking spaces in private (locked) garage below compound. Being only foreign license plate in the street (remember the neighbourhood) our car window got smashed and car was emptied all out even with the smallest items. Perhaps if you have 2 "save" places to park for this amount of money you should include it in the price. Also bathroom is leaking and must be updated, just like the kitchen. Fridge was not cleaned well. Will not return.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the little garden allowed us to relax outside.

Apartment is big. Everything is made to stay more than 1 week. There is a swimming pool (but it was too cold to swim) and a private garden. The host is very professional and answers rapidly.

The bathroom needs to be repaired or refreshed (not possible to take a bath, immediately water on the ground when you take a shower). Too much noise with the train.
