Good location for the Arena, shopping, food and bars. Clean and with all amenities and some lovely homely touches. The chilled bottle of wine in the fridge was very much appreciated.

Location was central to where I need to be so I could park outside and walk into the city. The apartment was clean our host was lovely and friendly and very welcoming.

The room was not what I expected. In my opinion the room is more suitable to students or clients who are not that bothered about comfort or space.

The apartment is in the centre of Leeds, close to everything :) It is very cosy, you can easily see that it is run by women :) and that they want it to be nice, warm and friendly. It's small but the space is managed really well. I loved the sink in the cupboard!!! Great idea! There are a lot of details that make your stay comfortable: starting from comfy pillows on the sofa... ending with a bottle of wine and these cute shampoo/conditioner/gel bottles and the guest book. The apartment has a heataing system plus one extra heater. Also, there is a fan, an iron, an iron board, I think there was a dryer (got mine, so not sure), a fridge, sweet yellow towels, and even fluffy robes! And one more thing here: I love the fact that it's colorful. No hospital white decor. The pictures are 100% real. The building outside is not really impressive but what these ladies have done with this studio- yes, it is. We loved our stay, we loved this incredibly comfortable sofa and bar stools, omg! Everything was super clean. We also could stay longer due to our flight which was super helpful, and we were not asked about paying more. There is also Netflix and Youtube. Oh, the price is okay for Leeds, I think, and the staff does a good job. We checked with our host everything when we came, shower, heating, tv, wi fi etc and everything was absolutely fine. If we go to Leeds again, we stay there! P. S. Sorry for being a bit annoying 😁😁😁 we are in the middle of returning home and just wanted have everything done very quick. P.P.S. To all: tip the staff. Always! ❤️ They deserve that.

The room was freezing cold, the electric fan heater we were told to use overheated after half an hour. The building was tired and dated and noisy. We were told there was WiFi , and when our host Arnold let us at the property, he said he would fix it but never did.

Unbelievably unprofessional! This one has been THE WORST experience I ever had in my whole life. Had to speak with 3 different people to get the keys. They stressed me out out so much that at one point I left the place dropping the keys in the box and left the property the same day without even bothering for a refund.

No name or number pretty hard to find ,make sure you check the picture of where it is and your arrival time as no access or reception. Had to wait half hour to get in TV didn’t work (only Netflix ) Wine a nice touch but no wine glasses Half packets of cookies not very hygienic although a nice thought .Individual ones would be better .

The apartment was nicely decorated and home from home feel. The apartment is fully furnished with all home and cleaning utilities. Towels and bathrobes for guests to use. The owner left a bottle of wine, milk, tea, coffee and cookies which was a pleasant surprise but very welcomed after a long drive. The apartment is located a short 5 minute drive or 11 minute walk to the first direct arena, which was ideal for us. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways near the arena. Will definitely return.

Small but carefully designed studio apartment in a quite convenient part of Leeds. Super coffee shop round the corner. Short walk to the nightlife and restaurants near the theatre. Lots of thoughtful touches, abundant towels, tea and coffee. Wonderful host who met us and explained everything. Lift was great. Surprisingly quiet.

Bedroom was hot, it was surprisingly hot weather for autumn! Windows to main living area could be opened but couldn't create through draught - but I am one of those people who like their bedroom freezing cold.
