Aire Apartments New York Styled Luxury Apartments

The location of the apartment was excellent, The Calls area of Leeds. 10 min walk to the Docklands and Armoury, with a reasonably priced multi storey car park. 10 mins walk the other direction into the city centre area and shops. Loads restaurants and pubs near by within walking distance to eat, we had an excellent meal in Ambiente Tapas Leeds a few mins up the road and in the Lamb and Flag. Key code to enter the apartment block and key lock box sent on the day of check in. Apartment spacious and high standard of fixtures and fittings, very clean. Seemed a safe area of the Leeds city (The Calls),the apartment block entrance code giving additional security for the building.

You can only park on the street at the apartment with limited spaces and only free of charge at night, we knew in advance and planned to park in a multi storey car park for the 3 days of our stay. The public areas of the apartment block could do with a clean and vacuum ( hallway, lift etc), I suspect this is down to the building management team, this does not reflect on the owners of the apartment as the apartment itself was cleaned to a high standard.

Such a comfortable stay! We loved the property and the amenities it had to offer. The property was clean and spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We walked into a lovely heated space which was brilliant. The hosts were super! Great communication with clear instructions on how to get into the property, incredibly patient with us, responded immediately, and were super accommodating with our time here. Would definitely stay again. Big thumbs up for all of us that stayed here!

Great location near the city but not too near. Close to the regenerated waterfront area. Large, spacious and well equipped.

The front entry door has a well worn keypad system and getting in initially was a challenge - was helped by a resident but thought I was going to have to contact the host. When I arrived no heating had been left on at all and the place was freezing and whilst it had convenient electric radiators leaving the place ready for guests with a little heat would have been more welcoming.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The host had stocked some unexpected fridge and cupboard items as well as soaps/shampoos etc. The host made themselves available and kept in touch. I would highly recommend staying here. I will hopefully be booking again next year.

Lovely comfortable apartment.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is conveniently located, about 10 mins walk to the city center, main shopping area and the train station. My family of four had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep.
