"It was a reunion and we had a lovely time."

The location was very good, near the Armouries and the bus station. A supermarket nearby. Easy walk to city centre.

Cleaning could be better, crumbs down settee, earrings found in crack in table. Living room was double aspect , so very light. Coverted building meant non square windows and blinds did not cover all of glass. Street lamps on two sides lit bedrooms. Second bedroom small and beds quite narrow and close together, luckily we are not very big. Ground floor so noisy at times. No hairdryer since they said people were walking off with them. Bit of a weak excuse for a flat that cost £800 for 3 nights and they could have deducted the cost of stolen hairdryers from the deposit they required.

"Exceptional"

Clean, everything you need. Close to the city centre within easy walking distance to all your needs. Parking at Maud car park was really easy and just literally around the corner from the apartment and always had ample spaces which were nice and wide. Beds were really comfy.

Would have been nice to have more toiletries (eg nicer hand wash, shampoo and conditioner and body wash). Would have been nice to have leaflets of nearby restaurants/takeaways. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, the sofa was more comfortable.

"STAY AWAY"

STAY AWAY ! THEY kept my 250 pounds deposit for invalid reason. They charge your deposit from your account in order to be able to enter in the flat. You have no choice. It’s actually taken from your account. I did an honest mistake and lost a key (10 pounds key) They said I should have contacted them, but I did. Although it was midnight so they didn’t reply. And now they won’t reply to me and keep telling me I should have contacted them, but I did ! We’re going round, they are gaslighting me, they know exactly what they are doing. So because they didn’t reply to me at midnight, I tried to call the emergency number in the building. Someone who already had the key came and help us without ever mentioning a fee before coming to meet us. And said with a big smile not to worry that this will be taken care by the agency. But big joke on me. The next day the agency tells me that this person is charging them 250 pounds for coming to open the door (with a key he had, he didn’t have to do anything to the door) My problem is that they never left us a choice and nothing was communicated to us. If they would have told us that it was 250 (what a coincidence that my deposit was 250 pound and the fee of the person coming to help us was 250, yes very coincidental right?) to come and meet us to open the door we would have refused, gone to friends, and wait for the morning. The flat agency had no solution for a situation like this. Keeps repeating me I should have contacted them on their after hours number,which I did! I did try to put myself in the flat agency’s shoes and asked them if they could talk with the person who came to meet us and ask him why he never mentioned any fee to us and specified that it will be taken care by them ? No one replied to me. Someone made good money thanks from my deposit. Earning 250 pounds for 10mins of your time and opening one door is quite a good fee. Also the flat was very dirty and average, with cracks everywhere.
