The apartment was very nice and spacious

The neighbors were a little loud, but it happens....

We stayed in the two room apartment. One room was a mamad. There was indoor parking and 24hour security. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The refrigator was huge and new.

Some appliances such as the water machine were old. But not so important

Very clean, great location. Exactly as seen in the pictures. Will come back next time I’m in Eilat!

Beautiful apartment right in the center of the city. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything you need to spend 2 days or 10 in Eilat with your family.

The complex is located opposite the municipality of Eilat. Because of that, street traffic/parking can be annoying and the lack of close street parking can be an issue. If the guest is disabled or can't physically get out of their car in order to request access to get into/leave the parking garage could also be an issue. Kitchen could use salt/pepper and hand towels, or a roll of paper towels. But now I'm just being picky. It is a fabulous apartment in a great, central location, everything is in working order, it is well maintained and the complex has a 24/7 guard/attendant.
