Villa Magnolia - Lake Como

Schönes Appartement mit hohen und grosszügigen Räumen, stilvoll eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche und bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Zwischen der Villa und dem See führt die Hauptstrasse vorbei. Leider ist die Hauptstrasse laut und viel befahren. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ok, auf dem Balkon aber gut zu hören.

It was very comfortable in the house , and very clean, location is also plus (bus stop, some shops, close to the see) , the host of the house is also very helpful, we had a really nice time there, would love to stay longer..!

Everything is good, nothing to complain 😊

I had an amazing stay at Villa Magnolia! The location was perfect and easy to find, and check‑in was seamless. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the balcony overlooking the lake was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning tea. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked beautiful. The host was very communicative and extremely helpful throughout my stay! She truly went above and beyond. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The air con extra cost but it was worth it!

Allt, en vacker lägenhet med en liten fin balkong med sjöutsikt. En fin trädgård med pool o solsängar. Men framförallt hyresvärdinnan som var så hjälpsam med tips som gjorde vår vistelse till en underbar upplevelse.

Wonderful setting. Very close to Villa Balbianello and bus stop C110. Grocery store, supermarket, beauty therapist and gas station within 250 to 500m. Pharmacy and ATM right next to the house. Impeccably maintained and beautiful garden and pool. The Villa Magnolia hosts are warm, welcoming, and do everything to ensure their guests have the nicest stay possible, from both a logistical and human standpoint. The place was perfectly clean, and the bed, spacious and very comfortable, as were the shape-memory pillows. The living room area is nice too. The kitchen is very conveniently designed, bright and has a great view on the pool from the ground floor and offers direct access to a private terrace.

I'd advise whoever has a car and is in search of very peaceful surroundings to move a bit higher up in the hills or away from the main road. Which wasn't possible for me. The Villa has hard floors (no rags) and some upstairs neighbors did tend to hammer the ground when walking. These 2 points were greatly compensated by all the positive ones mentioned above and I'd happily book this place again.
