Good security

Address and key instructions were given too late for we had no wifi access. Needed to rely on stranger help to access. Broken toilet seat and cistern, shower rose attachment, bedroom window. No washing machine instructions. No kettle

Apartment not identified before arrival. No key available. Late (2h) msg from provider to collect key from local bar. Local bar had no knowledge of property or key. Could not access property on day of arrival. Had to find somewhere else to stay. Paid for 2 nights stay. Funds have not been returned by provider.
