Rocío muy amable, la ubicación perfecta cerca del parque de Quevedo y del parador de San Marcos, es n 20 minutos caminado por sus paseos llegas al centro de la ciudad. Zona tranquila

La única pega que el menaje de cocina no estaba demasiado limpio.

Estancia muy agradable, piso muy bien ubicado cerca de supermercados etc... tranquilidad de vecindario no hay vecinos molestos no se escuchaba ningún ruido como en casa estuvimos, tiene de todo! Repetiremos sin duda. La casera muy maja merece la pena alquilar este piso :)

Por las noches en la misma calle hay un local de ocio, que se escucha cuando salen y entran y montaban un poco de jaleo a la hora de dormir, pero es puntual se cierra ventanas y listo!
