Friendly hosts, great place, common room, room for skiing equipment etc.

We and the children immediately fell in love with the garden behind the house. We had almost all entrances for free, thanks to Guests cards obtained at the accommodation, even cable car access to the top of the mountain in Lofer. Absolutely great city swimming pool just around the corner. We were really surprised how beautiful the location of Lofer is.

The kitchenette could be better equipped (there was only one knife, one cutting board). I must admit that I was a bit stressed when I received a list of things to do the day before we left (make the beds, clean the kitchen, group the towels, take out and sort the garbage). I also swept to be sure. Maybe I'm being overly sensitive, maybe it's because I don't rent out rooms...some guests must be really squeamish when this needs to be written.

Great equipment for kids - outside but also inside for rainy days. Perfect location in center of Lofer. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice seated outside.

We liked everything only what could be better would be a floor - it’s old and noisy. Each step was heard.
