Coastal Annex at Saltfleet

Perfect location for visiting family in Mablethorpe... The annex is very comfortable and spacious and spotlessly clean.. The garden is well maintained.. Plenty of space for parking... Jo-anne the host was very helpful and thoughtful.. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing all was great.

Great location for us we don't like to stay at the place we are visiting, very quiet, very clear directions on how to find the property! A perfect size for a family of 4, well equipped. Jo-anne the host is lovely, rang to say the apartment was ready well before check in time and then greeted us at the property to show us in and explain a few things about the property. Property was very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend and we would happily return.

Roomy with great facilities

Quiet secluded area. Joanne is a lovely young lady who did everything to help us have a good trip. The annexe is well equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Chris her partner is a friendly bloke and very helpful.

it’s clean, it’s comfortable and well equipped. two good sized sofas in the lounge, a dining table and 4 chairs and a kitchen area of oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, everything you need to prepare either a snack, a picnic or a meal from scratch. There’s a good sized bathroom with electric shower. Secure garden area with patio furniture and washing line and a private parking area. Jo-Anne was marvellous, helpful and really friendly. I’ve left the best bit till last, the view from the bedroom window is amazing, we saw the super moon from that window, totally awe inspiring.

Lovely little property - nice location- very clean and comfortable, hosts were very nice. myself and 2 granddaughters had a fabulous 2 night stay and will definitely be booking again !!
