The swimming pool and the sorrownding landscape.

Mr Antonio pouring Chlorine in the pool directly with uns swimming inside - weird and unpleasant. The access is terrible and prone to accidents.The last night we found a mouse running in the kitchen. We immediately informed Mr. Antonio, who's reply was a written "haha" and don't worry we take care of it next day. It was late and we were leaving, so we just stored all our things in the car and slept with the all doors closed. Next morning 2 more and another one trying to get in from outside bushes. Our flat was at the ground level with bushes cm away of the entrance door that leads to the kitchen, where they were coming from. We understand its country side and that such a situation can potentially happen but we had to express our disappointment to the host. We stayed in many other Agroturismo before, also at ground level but never had a problem. However, to our surprise in the following message instead of showing any kind of surprise and empathy with his own guests, or apologising, he then tried to blame us saying we had something interesting to the mice. In a kitchen its only natural we had food and prepared meals. We always emptied the trash more then once/day, kept everything clean and keept the entry door closed as much as possible. It is also not clear whether the mice were already there before our arrival, any previous guest may have left themselves the door open. Therefore there was really nothing we could have done more and felt that this accusation was quite unfair. His claim was he had the legally imposed set of mouse traps that were very efficient. We did see a huge rat running fast near to the pool, but dismissed it. One thing is rats outside, another is mice inside where we we sleep with kids. After our last reply he suddenly interrupted the communication with us and therefore showed no interest in clarifying further such a topic privately. To note we never tried to claim any financial compensation from Mr.

Propreté irréprochable. La piscine, très bien entretenue. Le personnel très aimable. La climatisation très fonctionnelle. Le calme.

Manque un petit canapé pour se détendre.

Dobra przestrzeń dla 3-osobowej rodziny, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, widok na winnicę, parking pod domem, basen zadbany, dużo leżaków, parasole, wiata. Cały dom jest dla trzech rodzin. Mili gospodarze.

Niets. Alles was ok

It was a nice clean property however was slightly misleading on booking.com. I’d advise asking which apartment you have, as we only ended up having 1 bathroom between 5 of us. Also the pool does need constant attention, there are frogs which come through the filters into the pool. Sharing a pool with frogs wasn’t what I wanted for my holiday.

The pool was amazing and very well maintained
