Poca cartigienica e le stoviglie non proprio pulite Ci vorrebbe una macchina del caffè a cialde Il wifi

The location was excellent— near most of the sites in Lucca and near many cafes and restaurants. We were also able to put our luggage in the apartment before we were able to check in. Communication was excellent. The place was clean.

It was not an inexpensive apartment and we just felt it was poor value for the money. No common area except for the kitchen— no living room. Nothing in the kitchen other than cold water in the refrigerator. No coffee, no tea—nothing. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Minimal towels. No information about WiFi. For as much as we paid they could have been a little generous with the “extras”.

Usciti dall'autostrada ho avvisato che stavamo arrivando, giunti al numero civico è uscito un ragazzo molto simpatico che ci ha accolto e illustrato l'appartamento. L'appartamento e dotato di due camere da letto molto ampie, un bagno spazioso, corridoio ed una cucina completa di tutto l'occorrente, il tutto molto pulito e ben curato. Se l'anno prossimo torneremo a visitare Murabilia sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo il Lodge.

Location was perfect. Very quiet.

Kitchen facilities very lacking. When we arrived, I discovered there was no washing machine as had been indicated on Booking.com (see screenshots dated 7/20/25 below). When I asked the host, I was told that there was nothing online about a washing machine and that I could find a coin operated washeteria in the center. When I said it was listed as an amenity, the response was “No, unfortunately it is not written.” As I was exchanging messages with the host, I took the screenshots below. The washing machine references have since been deleted, but they were clearly there when I booked and when I arrived. We had saved up our dirty laundry for Lucca. But that’s not the issue. The issue is the argument from the host.
